Dang her voice was high compared to Disney - I know she was forced to do that - creepy in a way, trying to sound like a little girl

they dont make stuff like this anymore. its very subtle but very sexy. today is overt, overaexualized, soft core porn. back then it was subliminal and left some to the imagination. 90s is the best era so far in terms of American culture & fashion.

True pop artist who both knew how to sing and dance, had looks and nice attitude and also prone to hard work, she was perfect, but succumbed to unbelievably harsh and hard rhythm

The entire time I'm watching this I keep thinking no one could Fix the burnt out light bulb. All this effort and not one person noticed before it was to late.
This is so nostalgic! I remember taping this episode off the tv and then trying to learn the choreography 🤣

Trauma. It’s the high price of fame and fortune. She was used and exploited by her own family, that she trusted. When you’re that famous, you don’t get to have a normal circle of friends to keep you grounded. She was sexualized by everyone, and it’s really sick to watch old interviews, when she was still a minor and the questions they were asking her were disgusting. No one protected her from the vultures. She had to smile and politely answer, and wearing that mask, when you just want to scream, over so many decades, eventually falls, no wonder she had a public meltdown. They locked her up against her will, the courts were corrupt and so were the health professionals. Then she was forced to be their cash cow, turning the one thing she truly loved, into ridiculously hard work. They stopped her from being the normal mother she wanted to be, even blocking her from seeing her children. Sadly now, her mental health is in the toilet, and not being able to trust even therapists, or doctors, must be awful and the reason why she is not getting any better now that she is finally free.

Don't forget before the crazy stardom with music at 16/17? She did the mickey mouse club show, and did commercials. She had no childhood, life. As she told the conservator judge " I've worked and paid others since I was 12, it's enough"

I hope Britney's kids watch her old stuff to appreciate how talented and her work ethic were on point, even at 17 years old. It is sad to me that no work ethic Federline uses Brit's money and takes the credit for raising the boys.
