80 bucks that seems like a bargain. I’d imagine this project today would be at least 100-140. Still worth it though. Looks very sturdy! Great design!

Thanks, I have the same problem. Heater works off of electric but not propane. Checked all fuses, switches etc. All looks good. Pulled this control board and it also looks good but I am fairly confident it is the board. Because I know the the fuel isn't opening nor do I hear any clicks from the igniter.

Thanks for sharing this. I plan on doing this at my home. I also want to use a similar design and create a pull up bar. I'm thinking of having another horizontal bar joining the elbows and use a three way elbow in place of the regular elbow. Do you think it would work? The vertical supports would obviously need to be longer at say 86". Should it also be thicker, say 2"?
