Do load lifter straps also go by the name tail straps, still learning about the Molle II set up.

NO! Tails are at the bottom of the should straps and connects the strap to the frame. The load lifter straps are at the top of the shoulder strap and connect the top of the strap to the top of the framel

I don't think taking short cuts and not actually doing it the way it should be done ,the way the army shows it to be done is not beneficial to people who want to know how to do it the right way. This guy is taking short cuts. So anyone who wants their stuff put together the way it's supposed to be I suggest a different video. It's irritating to watch something over and over showing how to put something together only to find out you wasn't shown how to actually put something together the way it's supposed to be put together. This guy should explain he's taking short cuts and not doing it the way the army shows to do it.

The way he did it is the approved way to do it according the US Army regs. He is doing it correctly. He did it quickly because the vid needs to be short and he probably puts together dozens of these packs every week at his shop.
