Do you think you can do a ZBRUSH for Ipad review? There is a free version available. I know you are dedicated blender artist, but it would be awesome to see what a master can do with free version of new sculpting software :) thanks

Before the pandemic, in my country, 90% of candidates with a small Unity project will land a job at any game studio. The main player only requires to move around, jump, and have the ability to eat apples around the map. Now, even with a complete multiplayer game on Steam, it's still hard to get a job. The job market is flooded with casual mobile game development. Companies only want to hire super-skilled interns with ICPC backgrounds who accept low payment to spill out a casual game every two weeks.

"Смерть решает все проблемы. Нет человека, и нет проблем." 🤔this phrase is taken from the novel "Children of Arbat". 1987. one of the characters allegedly heard it from Stalin, but this is just an artistic decision.

Our startup game company is planning to open positions for 3D artists, animators, and concept artists. We’re particularly interested in candidates who excel in two of these areas, and they will be compensated fairly based on their skills. We expect to start recruiting at the end of this year or by February or March at the latest, depending on our publisher and funding. In the meantime, do you have any references or websites where we can find talented artists? Most of the work over the next four years will focus on stylized art, with some projects using the Brawl Stars art style, while others will follow the Fortnite art style. The contracts will be full-time and fully remote. Could you also suggest what salary range is typical for these skills? We've noticed quite a variance in compensation, with some companies offering up to 80% more for the same level of talent and experience, even within the same country.
@SpeedChar

Everything is variable, so you have to research the range and decide where to sit with the salaries. Also depending from where the applicants are, their salary preferences can be vastly different. Its normal someone from Germany to ask far more than someone from India for example. I have few pretty talented guys on my discord server if you join and scroll some of the chjannels you will si for yourself. Link in the description of the video :)

Can you please do a video talking more about the state of the entertainment industry? Having years of experience working as a Character Designer, I notice there are still more job postings for Character Artists (as opposed to Designers), which made me learn Character Modeling to start a transition. Feels discouraging to hear the state all of this is still in, but would be hopeful if studios pick up momentum again. Thanks
