That 4th sounds like the 8th in All Saints Church Maidstone but just an octave higher

It's probably because the 4th plays the same note as the tenor at all saints Maidstone that 4th plays the note F

they sound like sprotborugh which are taylors hohoho tenor 8-1-26cwts in 1963 also the tenor has the same diameter as here

Well spotted. The bells were recast at Taylor’s expense from the original victorian 8, which were considered a poor ‘Grimethorpe’ ring. To reduce costs, the headstocks were reused on the new bells.
