Good video but you said led acid batteries have a memory and that is not the case. The worst thing for a led acid battery is to be discharged completely. Charge led acid after every use. Try not going below 30%. Lithium ion batteries don't like being killed or fully charged. Best way to treat lithium ion is to keep between 10% and 90%. It's the same kind of battery as a cell phone and fully charging or fully discharging is bad for them. I think you were thinking of nickel cadmium or Nicad batteries. Those kept a memory and had to be killed but you don't see those anymore really.

@Chrisfranks998 Well honestly, it's only supposed to go 19mph. They have it governed and the only reason I was able to get a few more MPH was the larger tires. My gas EZ-GO did about 25mph. Honestly, gas is probably the better way to go, I just wanted to try an electric one because of how quiet it was but gas was amazing for speed and especially range. A full tank of gas would last us a month of everyday use.

Mine was actually done by mistake. When I purchased it, it wasn't lifted so they had not programmed it to go slower. When I bought it, we put the lift on afterwards so I was able to get a little more speed out of mine. Anytime you buy one lifted from the dealership, it will come programmed to go a little slower.

I just bought a brand new 2023 lifted 4 passenger Onward with HP Li ion. My old 48v club car would get me 2 rounds of golf without issue. My new Li ion cart shows 20% left on the battery after 18 holes. I assumed Li ion would have more range, not less. I asked the dealer about it today and he told me the battery indicators "are not very accurate". Anyone have thoughts here???

This is a great video considering you did this with a phone. It looks like a very nice cart, however club car is nuts with their pricing. I priced one of these out in 2023 with the radio and some other things. It was close to $18,000. That's the definition of insanity. I'm looking seriously at the Bintelli. With lithium batteries, a glass windshield with a windshield wiper, Bluetooth stereo four speakers. It's faster at 35 to 40 mph. And has approximately a 30 to 40 mi range. And priced out at just a shade over 13 grand. You did a great job on this video. That's a great looking cart but for five grand less I can get something with more equipment on it. Plus the fact that it is truly street legal. When you buy one they actually register it and put a plate on it. That's in South Carolina however. Where they are made.

Loved the Video. I bought a i40L and my only issue with it is in the handling. With 4 people In the cart, it has a tendency to wonder to the left and right at higher speeds. I think it has something to do with the placement of the rear seat. The centerline if the back seat is aft if the rear axel and I think that may be causing the front end to lift. Have you performed any tests with passengers in the back seat?

Thank you so very much for posting this highly informative video!!! I’ve been in the market for a cart and Club Car with the lithium battery just made the top of my list!…I only wish they were priced as well as yours.😬 However, from what I’ve seen, they are well worth the cost. Thanks again and I hope you’re still enjoying your purchase.👍🏻

Great video. Thank you. It was very informative. I would like to have one of these in a 2 seater, with a small trunk and a gasoline engine. Electric just doesn't have enough range for me. If I lived in town, this would be perfect.
@danielandrews9767

I agree about the range. I had a gas cart years ago and there was absolutely no worries about range. It held about 5 gallons of gas and if you filled it all the way up, it would last over a month of heavy daily use. I liked this one because of how quiet it was but in the real world, gas is still the way to go.

The trailer pull is awesome 👏 it showed what you could do with a lithium battery at half charge and we all know the lead acid battery would have bogged down big time. I was shocked about the range.

I'm going to my local Golf cart dealer later today. The Evolutions there seemed nice. I don't need the backup camera or the stereo though, I will ask if the have Icon or Royal instead have just a gutted model no fancy stuff, just lithium battery, lights, turning signals . I'm wanting to attach my cargo cart in a back trailer hitch... any ideas on a newer release for a tough golf cart almost a utility golf cart? Thanks

It was a great cart and I loved having it but the neighborhood we moved into is really small and the only use I had with it once moving here was going to the community mailbox. I didn't want to let it go but I just couldn't see having something so expensive to go check the mail with.

It was a great cart! I sold it because it wasn't really useful in my current neighborhood but if I bought another one day, I'd definitely consider another one of these. As for the watch. That is a Garmin Fenix 6x Pro Sapphire edition. Garmin has recently released their new 7 series and I just made the upgrade to a Garmin Tactix 7 Pro. The Fenix and Tactix are nearly the same. They are incredible watches if you don't mind spending the money. Tons of videos on KZitem about them if you want to see what they're all about.

Hi Daniel, Thank you for the Great video - you have a beautiful and stylish golf cart! I like all of the detail information you provided. I bought the cart just as you see it. I didn't add anything myself. It was actually not lifted when I purchased it but I was not the person that installed the lift. All together, I paid around 14,300 for everything (including the lift) and that was with the Lithium battery, upgraded seats, upgraded tires and wheels, etc.

I would change out the motor and controller to a Navitas and maximize that cart. You will be going 35mph after that upgrade. Its kind of crazy to think about the amount of money you have to spend to get a new cart and they only go 19mph.
