Brian Gryn is a wellness coach, podcast host, author, human movement specialist, and personal trainer.Through my Integrative Institute of Nutrition, Precision Nutrition, FDN and Primal Health education, I have never believed in diets, counting calories, or quick fixes. Instead, I have used my own experiences along with my client’s’ work to look at every aspect of an individual’s lifestyle - stress, activity, sleep, nutrition, and meal timing.
My goal is to find what works for the individual and build a foundation that is sustainable. It never gets any easier as you age, and that is why having a coach is that much more important! I look forward to guiding you on your health journey and, most importantly, getting you results!
