Hi, we are Hali & Calum, mobility, strength & movement coaches. We have been online coaching & teaching workshops since 2018 & we both started coaching 1-1 in 2014. We focus on joint mobility & functional training but we also love reading studies, taking courses, travelling Europe & spending time with our dogs.In 2019 we created the CPD Mobility Certification & in 2023 we released the CPD Strength & Mobility Certification.
We also have a Low Back Pain course with Kim (The Gymnast Method) & a Foot Course with (The Toe Spacers).
