Good video, thank-you. Please don't think I'm being hyper-critical but I need to let you know that the name of the river running through London is pronounced "Tems" not "Thaims" even though it is spelt "Thames" I know!, I know! but we English are a bit "odd" in our spelling. Anyways, a good video and thanks.

Great stuff, no doubt worthy of an A, but you do know Oliver Cromwell only came to power as Lord Protector after the civil war, he did ban everything enjoyable though even the pub! Bloody puritans!

High School students deserve to know and explore this key fact: Globe spectators surrounded three sides of the stage. Question for high school students: how does this contrast with acting Shakespeare's lines on a stage with spectators in front? How does it 1. Change the way you move when you speak Shakespeare's lines? 2. Change the meaning of the lines? 3. Provide entrances from the yard anywhere onto the stage? 4. Challenge you to be more imaginative in performance.

It's wrong to have factual errors in this important documentary, especially for high school students. The "experts" should list their qualifications. The image of The Theatre is 19th century: it should be the 16th century image from "London from the North" showing the Curtain & the Theatre playhouses; the Globe's acoustics were never "flawed"; the video should show Hollar's well-known image of the second Globe (1614-1644) distinguished from Norden's view of the first Globe (1599-1614).

BTW it's Theatre(not Theater) if you are describing a Theatre in England! Please use a REAL voice and not what is obviously a computerised one.

Mark Godwin, Globe Theatre Expert - Serious? You've put a good looking American kid in front of a camera and given him a script to read. He may be passionate on the subject but calling him an expert? He probably isn't sure about shaving yet, how can he be an expert on anything?

This is true...I'm just starting and my instructor didn't want me to play the same thing over and over during my actual performance (as we have a time limit anyways), so we just kinda skipped the repeats... but thanks :)
