This is a great video but i already made a copy comment that i left under a few comments here... So you know my thought about it that you are somewhat wrong on your take. Or seeing it wrong. The truth is that Hans did not cheat when he defeated Magnus at the 2020 FTX Crypto Cup. The issue of why Magnus acted like that is because he and many GMs, even Hikaru, had been talking and it had been going around like crazy since as early as 2018 that Hans was cheating... Hans said he never onpy cheated when he was young, after FIDE their investigation they found that Hans cheated as late as 2020. Right before the FTX Cup. They suspended him and investigated further. So he did it to himself. How would you act? If Magnus didn't do that, Hans would have never been caught either, something needed to he done.

@AdugboChess

@@botondkoncz1961 I almost did. But I was done editing. The fact that he got to the semifinals at the speed chess championship even further foregrounds that he is a good player that can compete at the highest level. He beat So and Maxim, players many thought he would fall like a pack of cards against, to get to the semi finals. Sadly, he lost to the 1st and 2nd best player in the world. No where in the video did I insinuate he was a better player than Hikaru or Magnus. I am just making a case for him that he is capable of beating Magnus without cheat and that Magnus was wrong to have accused him of cheating knowing what is at stake. (He won some matches against Magnus in the speed chess championship too.) 😉

I think that Magnus overdid it and now he sees no way to confess that he was probably wrong. Especially as he is "the goat" and became a bit too arrogant, trying to humiliate opponents by playing bad opening moves and the like. Exactly. It was kind of funny how him and Hikaru handled the interviews after the speed chess Championship. Their message to the world was kind of: "See, we were right, we are stronger than him and we just proved it" as they and Danny Rensch were basically kissing each other's ass, (they have business together). These are tactics of distraction, why don't they adress the issue of the cheating accusation? Because they are not willing to admit it nor apologize for the damage they've done to Niemman. They were claiming 2 years ago Hans was an average GM who misteriously got to 2700. What do they say about It now when he has irrefutably proven he is a super GM.

Actually, the answer to the question is very simple and doesn't directly require evidence. Anyone who is somewhat aware of the world, has a bit of intelligence, and knows how chess was used during the Cold War period can easily understand that Hans is a cheater and that this was orchestrated by America. As you know, Magnus is not an American and is the best player in the world. Given that technology has advanced so much and that America is one of the countries where technology is at its best, why shouldn't an American be the world champion? Of course, to convince people that he didn't cheat, there are people who were paid to prepare this video and a social media army making comments that tarnish Carlsen and exonerate Hans.

Why I'm a Better Chess Player than Magnus Carlsen As I sit at my desk, stroking my imaginary beard, I ponder the intricacies of the chessboard. My mind is a vortex of strategic genius, a whirlpool of tactical mastery. It's only logical, then, that I'm a better chess player than Magnus Carlsen. First and foremost, my username is MagnusEffect, which clearly indicates a higher level of magnus-ness than the mere mortal Magnus Carlsen. It's a matter of branding, really. Who needs a mere surname when you can have an entire username that radiates greatness? Furthermore, while Carlsen spends his days studying chess openings and practicing endgames, I've been perfecting my procrastination skills. It's a well-known fact that the most brilliant minds are also the most adept at wasting time. My ability to scroll through social media for hours on end is unparalleled, and I'm convinced that this skill will eventually translate to unparalleled chess dominance. In addition, Carlsen's limited scope of expertise is restricted to, well, chess. I, on the other hand, have mastered a wide range of subjects, including but not limited to: making witty remarks, typing quickly, and consuming copious amounts of coffee. It's only a matter of time before my polymathic abilities yield a checkmate against the mighty Carlsen. Now, I know what you're thinking: "But MagnusEffect, what about Carlsen's impressive tournament record and numerous world championships?" Ah, my friends, those are mere trivialities. Anyone can win tournaments and championships with hard work and dedication. It takes a true visionary to excel at chess while simultaneously exceling at nothing else in particular. In conclusion, it's clear that I, MagnusEffect, am the superior chess player. My unwavering confidence, unparalleled procrastination skills, and broad range of interests make me the epitome of chess greatness. Magnus Carlsen, on the other hand, is just a one-trick pony With a boring surname
