Brilliant. I just love Beth Potter, even if I have not actually ever met her. She is such a great athlete, such a fantastic seemingly effortless runner, and even if I am sure that she is tough as nails she is so pretty too.

Coach, we don’t understand. Gustav has death in Family, is sad, feels underpowered and out of shape. And he looks puffy. So the solution? Let’s send him to high altitude camps where w less oxy body under constant stress? And where this champion can get his butt kicked every day by Kristian? Why sd he not be on a beach at sea level in the sun and eating protein and sleeping? Gustav, you are a champion. Time now to stop worrying and stop this concern over time and Paris. Of course you are going to come back, in top shape! That’s not even a q for someone like you. Of course. These bad times are exactly what you excel in, you do fine with them, b c when they end, and they will, that will make a gold medal all the sweeter. Of course you are going to be great again, come on! Coach, why not w all these stellar numbers Kristian keeps going at altitude? Hard but not too hard. He has a peak many months away, in July.
