Hey! Thanks for the review! I bought the same rack last week and I'm quite happy with it, except for the pulley system. I am not sure what I did wrong, but it is not smooth at all (when I release the weight). Any tips for fixing it? :) thanks!

Hey I'm glad you like the rack. Not sure why the pulley isn't smooth in your case but I'd definitely contact their support and see if they can help

Greetings! Unfortunately not, I don't know if jammer arms from atletica are different from other companies either to be honest.

You can mount the pull up bar a bit lower to use it :D

How so? It's attached with 3 bolts so I can't just mount it lower

Do you use the cable as lat pulldown aswell? My room is not high enough for pull ups, so the Main reason i would buy this rack is for lat pull down

Yeah I do but I didn't get a leg blocker yet so I can't go very heavy on it. It works just fine though

Just want to make it very clear that i'm not trying to blame anyone mentioned in this video for my issues, I don't think my parents or youtubers or anyone else is to blame. This is just a recollection of the things i've experienced and the thoughts I had at the time.

For a 1,76 m / 80 kg guy I'd consider you quite strong. Weird thing is, that you Bench Press more than you Squat, that's rare. Technique on your Deadlift and Bench looks very good, Squat could use a little work (try to not go too much below parallel, don't get yourself upright too fast, stay leaned over for a bit longer). But besides that, 115 for Bench, 150 Deadlift, 80 OHP are very good for just 8 months of work. Which program do you use? Keep up the good work! Greetings from germany :-)

Thanks for the feedback! I know my squat is quite sub par compared to the rest, I didn't have a rack until a few weeks ago so I haven't done any squatting until then which would explain it. I have only done full body with normal linear progression but since I got my power rack I've been doing concurrent periodization because having an intensity day and volume day is a fun way of training and I really enjoy it, it's quite heavily inspired by Alex Leonidas training approach of rotating exercises every few weeks.

I'm not at all at a point where i'd consider myself strong but I've made a lot of progress these past 8 months and i'm proud of that. My squat and overhead press could be better for sure but I only just recently got a powerrack and haven't been able to perform the lifts because of that, this also means i'm really proud of my dip and bench press seeing as i've primarily done the floor press up until recently for my chest. My bodyweight is 80kg at a height of 176cm
