Yeah, from AK a few years ago during the Fourth Phase. As for the view count, beats me. It got a little more traction on Vimeo.

Mr. Sylvester, I would like to inform you of your amazing talent. You produce the best rowing videos on the internet. I wish that someday I could produce videos of the same caliber. Keep up the amazing work!

Outstanding movie. Really like You tube because of this sort of information!My nephew was formerly bullied. He said he was about to get bigger muscle and strength. I laughed... But then suddenly he gained 40 pounds of 100 % pure muscle. He used the Muscle Building Bible - look in Google. He does not get bullied anymore. I actually subscribed the other day. Not to mention this guys emails are fucking cool!

Good thing that cat is already in great shape. That training incentive is moderately counter productive haha. Wicked design!

I think you were effective because you took a sport that isn't insanely popular in Canada, and you made it relate-able, not by telling us what they do, but by telling us why they do it. I think anyone can relate to wanting something so bad that they need to make sacrifices (be it time, money, energy etc). It can inspire anyone who wants something bad enough to go through the rough parts. I play for the Canadian Field Hockey team and we're trying to make a video like this - you inspired us!

A comment like this means so much coming from someone that's not interested in rowing--if i can create a piece that appeals beyond only rowing enthusiasts, I know I've done my job! Cheers

This is outstanding. Have to admit that I don't care about rowing, but I appreciate the hell out of the amount of work you guys put yourselves through to represent our Country well. Keep up the great work boys.

I remember when I started rowing. Its pain and sometimes no motivation but we all create our motivation. The guy behind me or next to me in ny motivation. I would not give it up for anything even if i broke my back for my guys.

@hurrhurrmurr 5 sets of 20? That's retarded from every sense. Also, since I started rowing and lifting has become supplementary, it's been very 'fun' seeing how weak and tired you get. I rarely have the energy to do a really good lifting session.
@hurrhurrmurr

@IsleyNumber1 I know what you mean. I can't tell if they're in lbs, kgs or a mix of the two. That said though, when I rowed crew, we'd be doing stuff like 5x20 every morning for a week during 100% weeks and ergs in the evening, so you can't do 5x20x100kg+ every day. Olympic athletes train up to 3x a day all year and some of the guys will have been lightweight rowers (they look like it at least), so you wouldn't expect someone who is less than 70kg doing that every day.
