You basically invented a DIY Pulse Proflex - well done! I don't see why this is touring-boot specific. It seems like it could be done to a regular pair of alpine boots to increase stiffness too.

Nice video, I love sleeping in my avalanche, honestly did not notice the incline I've only had my head sticking out near the incline. I use an air mattress, great video overall thanks man

I took the back seats out of mine.. Made a plywood floor - store tools, tire chains, tow straps underneath. Seats are in my living room now. Nice sofa.
