It indeed is "odd". If it wasn't odd, it would not be interesting.

I have seen Suda paint many times.. and my wife and I really miss her. Here is another video by NewHorizon (I dont know them) kzitem.info/news/bejne/mI6F0mhurKWVrKQ&ab_channel=NewHorizon
Lorraine... Snopes has very limited knowledge of what they are claiming to be an expert in. I have documented dozens of these paintings being made by elephants. Snopes claims they paint the same painting over and over. That is most often the case. If you (or Snopes) watched the entire video, you will notice Suda's paintings have an tremendous variety of about 15 different scenes. This is not common, but it is real. The paintings at the end prove I know what I am talking about and Snopes does not. In addition... if you know the history of these gentle giants you know they require food and medical care. If anyone is willing to contribute to the care of these wonderful animals please offer to support one for a year. I think you will not find anyone willing to do anything but look for fault. Here is a fact... if they can not feed these elephants, they will die. They will die if released into the wild as there is no wild any longer in Thailand. These Mahutes love their elephant and each Mahute has one elephant for it's entire life. In the camp I frequent.. the elephant is taken away from any trainer that abuses his elephant. Suda's trainer truly loves Suda and I have spent many weeks with them. Don't believe the so-called experts that have never been past their living room couch. like humans, elephants have to help to earn their keep. I have no idea how you expect these huge appetite animals to survive, but when logging stopped and it was considered cruel to make them work in the logging industry (by ignorant do-gooders), many thousands of these beautiful animals were killed because of the cost to maintain them. Now they give rides and do a few tricks and painting that they seem to enjoy. They are bathed, fed, and medically cared for by on-site veterinarian and on-site hospitals. If couch potatoes and ignorant animal right activists continue to scream "animal abuse" and stop attending the shows etc.. these elephants will be killed unless they are willing to empty their fat bank accounts to pay their support... and we all know that won't happen. Think about it.

All the elephants are treated well at this elephant camp. Suda is the star of the show. She gets a great abundance of praise, but likes bananas much better, and she gets a lot of them too. Her trainer is very caring and he knows exactly what Suda needs and wants. See elephantspaintingelephants co m and find the part about the elephants.
