kzitem.info/news/bejne/0p9m0Yuba5uprYo The ghost of Tom Joad.

Its strange you know, because I'm more conservative rather than progressive. But I understand the problems. We have all these wonderful ideas from the left, and rather blunt ideas from the right. Its just shitty that neither would work for very long. I see the problems, I see the things in Springsteens music, but I'm just not sure if people are going at it quite the right way.. I want both sides to stop fighting, and just put their minds together and form an actual plan rather than fight, riot and kill each other...

The sentiment.. the ideal... it would make life beautiful again... And the problems highlighted in this song... they transcend politics. Addiction and poverty do not discern. Economy only works when everyone works to make it so. I'm also conservative. Just agreeing with you

leapsplashafrog - You are misinformed. This song was written in 1995 when the usage of New World Order (NWO) was not part of the political propaganda it has become. The current widespread usage equating globalist with NWO as a label to keep voters from listening to a whole discussion on a issue was not part of the political discourse at the time this was written.
