you do not put on weight at 1800kcals.. absolutely not trust., the average man needs 2500 and women need 2000. To put on 1lb of weight, you need to either a surplus over 3500 over your daily allowance (2000/2500 respectively). So for a man, you'd need to take in a minimum 6000kcals to put on a full lb of weight. This however does not take into account Thermic Effect of Food (TEF), NEAT(Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) or EAT (Exercise Activity Thermogenesis). You should really put more effort into research, unless you're going for bias.

An increase of at least 500 to 1000 calories each day will promote a one to two pound weight gain per week. It takes an extra 3500 (Total) calories for a man and 2000 (total) for woman to gain one pound of body weight. Here we’re talking about an increase of 1800 Kcals per day. Way beyond the 500-1000 threshold. However thanks for the comment maybe the video wasn’t clear enough on that point.

@@NomadicPeacock no your vid says "the average person begins to start gaining weight at around 1800 calories per day" when the 1800kcal flashes with the image of a human squeezing their gut. Forget clarity being the issue, it is something that deserves a proper fix.

So people should focus on design. Todays phones are designed with no sense of simplistic design language, nor any technological, they just swap "the bigger lens" "the more camera" "the more screen" and lastly, "the more screens", phones today could be slimmer, without camera humps, without front camera notchs, more battery, faster opening speeds, longer costumer support ,wider, slimmer, and being more open source, that was the point of "android" that thing used to be open source and now I cant delete chrome in my phone

What will happen to the people that are replaced? We can't just push a button and shut off that human? How will that human pay for basic necessities if all the jobs it is trained for or qualified for are only being fulfilled by robots "reads the indeed job post" will bots come with a universal human basic income? It seems to me that we are on the brink of a revolutionary technological advancement. The question is for who? If we do not sort and are just with the wealth this might bring the only resolute that is on the horizon are narrow options such a civil chaos, war, unrest and the only ones who will pay are those who don't feel...bots!

OpenAI models especially their Multi modal models aren't hype at all. They're literally gonna power the next generation of disruptive machines like these androids. We're talking about machines that can "think". People are already using ChatGPT to write legal case. Google "Michel Cohen Fake citations". Just a few months ago AI generated videos weren't a thing. Hey, when talking about changes in phones, check out Xiaomi MI series (not POCO , REDMI, CIVIC, MIX) just MI series especially how they have changed from 12 to 14... They are so much better than iPhone in every manner, they give natural color pictures at a great resolution and quality, but i must say, many think that xiaomi's os is just boring and laggy, but checkout China Rom's, there Personal assistance, it is packed with so many features you cannot even imagine. Xioami isn't being able to provide their best outside of China due to Google's policies. And it might be because it is a Chinese company like Huawei.
