With the weight of all that wood, jacks, flooring, winch, battery and accessories, there is not much carrying capacity left in this little trailer.

What a P.O S. You have about 100 steps to remember. Make it computerized and have it set itself up. I would offer you $200 for this one if you could include shipping to Hawaii.

Nice job. Thanks for sharing. Did you have links for the materials used or you selling the whole trailer like that? ( I would like some thinks that you have to build it my self). Thanks again

Awesome design and beautiful result. -May I recommend mounting a few 12” magnetic bars around the perimeter of the trailer so you can always secure loose hardware. -Ive been making my own custom length magnet bars using the 2” x 1” x 3/8” craft magnets that are 2 for $1. I simply line them long end to long end and secure them all together with heat shrink. Make sure to leave an additional 3/4” to 1” of heat shrink on each end. That additional heat shrink hanging off each end is to screw thru for mounting. Also, use large washers for the mounting screws. If not the heat shrink will tear from the screw heads.

King zulu 13 I agree, it looks pretty cool. The trouble is, the trailers are payload rated with absolutely no accessories or extras. This even includes the floor. If you add all these improvements and niceties to the 1000 pound trailer, your actual payload capacity could drop two or three hundred pounds. That would leave you with a seven or eight hundred pound payload capacity. HF trailers are fairly inexpensive and great for personalizing. This video is a good example. However, squeeze out the few extra bucks and keep your eye out for a coupon, and get the 1720lb.CAP. Well worth it. 5 lug wheels have a higher speed rating as well.

I don't get it. These harbor freight trailers are really easy to fold already. The tilt bed, which he has eliminated, is one of the best features of it. I mean, throw a cinderblock under the tail on each side if you really don't want it to tilt, but all the rest of this stuff is just useless. Check your tongue weight, too. With that chock where it is I'll bet your tongue weight is too light. Of course you've got a couple hundred pounds of extra crap on there, so maybe not?

$400 for a 4x6 trailer at tractor supply......all steel(landscape type) with tilt bed for loading anything. plus its highly modifiable and heavyduty. this is shit. after a year the wood will be all fadded and rotton, you'll use the winch twice, then it will rust to shit.
