How much should this bike sell for? I’m looking an identical one with around 1200 miles. He is asking $1500 and includes 2 Scorpion full face helmets, 2 padded jackets, 2 pairs of extra protective gloves & 2 pairs of very heavy duty boots ( one too 😅big and the other too small !!) he says the extras could sell for $1000 so my final cost for the bike would only be $500. How much are you asking?

I got mine in 2009. Put 58 miles on it and it got parked in my garage because I got deathly ill. Well, it's going in for service and going back on the road next week (1/2024). I'm 67yrs young. Yippie. It's perfect for me to putter around on since I don't go as much. I'm really excited to ride again.

Vino 125s should get up over 50 mph easy. Your carb probably needs a cleaning. I mounted my Givi top case a couple inches further aft and have no problem filling up without having to pop off the case. Keep an eye on that top exhaust mount bolt. It's a common problem.

My 09 Vino 125 has about 18,000 miles on it with no rebuild or carburetor cleaning at all and I haul extremely heavy loads wit it all the time and its still going strong. Its the best scooter money can buy. I bought it new from the dealer in 2010

The engine is good for 12000 miles and then it will have to be rebuilt. speaking from experience. And that is changing the oil every 500 miles as I did.

kitches Its the connecting rod bearing that is the weak point. I don't know how much a mechanic would charge to fix it. I cut my loss and sold it as is. I will never buy a scooter like this again. you save gas money on the short term but in the long run Its not cost effective in my opinion.

kitches With 12,180 miles its making engine noise that's why its for sale. Do not buy it.. Mine started making noise at around 10500 miles. I first thought it was the exhaust head pipe seal ring so I replaced it but the noise was still there. The noise slowly got louder and louder until it became obvious something was bad wrong with the engine. Thinking back I probably drove the little 125 harder then I should have. On three different excursions about 35 miles each, I pretty much had the throttle wide open most of the time. I think this scooter would have lasted longer if you don't exceed 40 mph. A strictly in town scooter.

Great! I hope you enjoy your scooter. I've loved mine. As of today's date, I've logged 1,250 miles. I love it. When I'm not cruising on my scooter, I'm getting 45 mpg in my VW Jetta TDI.

Wanted to add that I can do an easy 55mph on the level with my Vino. I weigh 185-190 depending. I've been over 60mph down hill. All mph are indicated not GPS. The metro valley I drive through to home is 55mph and I never get tailgated or pressed from behind. I assume the 55mph indicated is pretty close to actual. Definitely a one person scooter no matter what anyone says. I need a top box like the one in this video. Ride safe folks!

Hello there, I purchased a lightly(hardly ever) used 2009 Vino 125 less than a month ago with 875 miles on it. I've put 300 miles on it already. I have an Adventure motorcycle but the scoot is so convenient and I got 93mpg the last tank! Just went to Subway to get subs for wife and I. I passed 3 other scooters back and forth which is rare for the middle of Harley country. These scooters are a blast and so easy to feed and maintain. Sad that Yamaha couldn't sell these and stopped import.

I now have 1000 miles on my Vino. I'm loving it still. I'm going to check the valves here pretty soon. I should have done it at 600 miles, but I haven't got around to it. As far as speed goes, I don't think that I've picked up much more speed. Maybe it's just me though. I ride it 5 or 6 days a week and am getting 75 to 80 miles per gallon. Not too bad!

May I ask how tall you are and your inseam? I sat on a Vino yesterday and it came close to fitting, but the handlebars thump my legs in very sharp turns. Just curious how tall other Vino riders are and how steering may or may not impinge the legs. Thanks!
