Don't know if you still need it, but it should be at any hardware store, just ask for expanding insulation foam. If they don't have it check a construction supply store.

Fiberglass doesn't actually stick that well to the acrylic I remember de lamination with my old spa

Steves Projects Again this is an old problem long ago solved. The use of vinyl ester resin on the acrylic has pretty much eliminated delamination on higher end spas.

Thanks for the heads up chris sounds right to me I do a bit of thermoforming myself and did try reinforcing some acrylic with ordinary polyester years ago with the same de lamination results as my old spa bath however you have encouraged me to buy some vinylester and do another test
