About Ryuta Kijima
Ryuta grew up in a family with two culinary experts -- his grandmother and mother. He explains how to create delicious classic dishes with a modern makeover with his easy-to-understand cooking techniques. He also shows you that cooking can be both effortless and fun.
Currently, Ryuta can be seen on several TV shows, such as “Kijima Ryuta no kobarasuitemasenka?”“Kyou no Ryori”“Asaichi” (NHK). He also regularly appears in different magazines, at various events and cooking classes. Ryuta is also known as an author of many cookbooks.
