American Sexual Health Association
The American Sexual Health Association (ASHA) empowers individuals, families, and communities to achieve sexually healthy lives through education and advocacy. ASHA envisions a world where sexual and reproductive health and rights are universally recognized, and where comprehensive sexual health information and services are accessible and available to all. We believe that all people have the right to the information and services that will help them to have optimum sexual health. We envision a time when stigma is no longer associated with sexual health and our nation is united in its belief that sexuality is a normal, healthy, and positive aspect of human life.ASHA is parent organization of the National Cervical Cancer Coalition (NCCC), a grassroots organization dedicated to serving women with, or at risk for, cervical cancer and HPV disease. The organization has thousands of members around the world, and several local chapters across the U.S.
