Malaysia airlines service has gone bad for many years most of the crews are not interested in the job and merely do it for the sake of money

Awesome content.. Maybe can give opportunities to those aged 40-60s who are eligible and healthy to be contract/part time cabin crews.. Lots of them are passionate for this job, but didn't get the opportunity earlier.. Cheers😊

Hi.thank you mab for doing this kind of experience based knowledge sharing videos. I would like to ask, especially based on Mr Asmawi and Miss Nasfatee cases, both of them have a high level of education.a degree and a master.wow as we know,to be an LAE will take around 4 years to complete (empty license without type rating).so my assumption is,they complete diploma, degree and master first, then they proceed to take their license.i guess it is a very very veryy long journey and time taking. as we know, age is also an important factor.so my question is,how actually their study for education and taking license timeline? im sorry,i know this question sounds impolite, but im just curious about at what age do both of them complete their license and also all of their paper qualification?

Thank you for your queries. To answer your question, back then during En Mawi's time in the 90's, all studies will need to be done in a separate session regardless taking diploma or degree as well as taking CAA Malaysia Aircraft Maintenance License (AML). Correct as you have said it, it will be time consuming with roughly will took 5 years for a degree and another 5 years for AML. However, MAB Engineering Training now had improvised the training and offers combination of CAAM AML together with Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia Level 4 and would take about 5 years to obtain both License and Diploma. With this training, it will shorten the duration and from there, students can either work as License Aircraft Engineer in the industry or further pursuing their higher level of education i.e. Advanced Diploma, Degree, Masters so on and so forth. Hope i answer you question.
