Stellar performance aside, this has to be my fav Deftones vid because of the old-school DVD aesthetic, what with stage shots interspersed with first-person dirtbike jumps, and that outdated colouring that just smacks of no-phone enjoyment; but more than anything it's the crowd. Going insane over the sound of the music. Makes you feel like you're there in the middle of the pit, in the midst of people having the time of their lives like there really won't be any tomorrow. Happy, fearless and proud. Unashamed...

I feel like Generation X and Millennial youth had the most awesome rock bands of all time, like Korn, Nirvana, Deftones and many more, and i feel jealous of that (not in a bad way, is just that i wish i could had experience all of those live concerts, when those bands were at their prime). There aren't many bands left that are this awesome and this powerful, and most importantly, that don't transmit that energy on stage. Don't get me wrong, there are new rock bands that are fucking awesome, but bands like Deftones appear once, and i don't believe that an era like that will repeat again, at least musically speaking, and it's such a shame. What's only left is to enjoy them as long as they remain. PD: Sorry if i misspelled something. English is not my main language XD
