Love it! Just got my rod setup. What fly is that? Looks like a crawfish colored dungeon.

The trail follows the river for about 5.5 miles (+9 km) with quite a few fishable access points. Be very bear aware, particularly during spawning season.

Name of the river really necessary. Beautiful North island park woulda been a great title too.

There is no fish in British Columbia. It is better if you stay where you are and not come. All fish died from asbestos poisoning. 🙄

Hi Ryan. I'm going to British Columbia now, the months of April and May. Do you know of any place in Vancouver or surrounding areas where I can rent or camp that type of hot tent with a stove? Greetings and thanks

I’d love to give you some info but I live pretty far away from Vancouver and have only visited a handful of times.

How you can hotspot place if road is running parallel to it. In fact two roads, paved or gravel in each side. Go buy hat and few flies in any fly shop and guys will draw you map of good spots to fish there. Hotspoting is when you climb over gate, hike 6 hours, down climb for one hour and show nice pool to the world (including gps coordinates). Spots along Elk are full of Amaricans in Summer. It is a zoo.
