I have done mono printing before with lino but not with gel plates so have never used these inks before and they seem to have a very different consistency to the water based inks that I use. This is definitely a clip that needs watching if you are going to use this method as there are several different steps and you explain it very well Big Like👍🏻 Really enjoyed the content - Great work thanks for sharing 🎨 👍🏻 👩🏻🎨

Hi Candi, thank you so much for your kind comment. I have been busy building a Yurt this summer. We have just finished furnishing it. A shed gets delivered this week and then we can set the solar panels up. Once this is done things should settle down and I will hopefully have a little more spare time. It is then my intention to do some more videos perhaps from the Yurt this time….watch this space xxxxx

Thank you so much for this wonderful video and Congratulations for a job well done! I am just starting with the gel plate (in fact, I just started today!) It's addictive!! I enjoyed the quick peek of your greeting cards. Wow! Any chance of your sharing those with us as well? How did you make them? Did you do some collage? It was so quick, I couldn't tell if they were painted or decoupaged. I really really would appreciate your sharing, if you don't mind. In any case:: You are one very TALENTED lady! Thank you again. Hi there,I am so glad you enjoyed my tutorial and found it useful. The cards are so easy. I just cut up the papers from my gel plate printing sessions and stick them on blank cards. I add some additional details using a black pen, glossy accents and stamps. Hope this helps…I am intending to do a quick video on it so watch out for it. Enjoy xxxx

After you pull the stencil you can always spritz it with alcohol and then rub it on a sheet of paper. It will look kind of grungy but then you never know what you get LOL.

It has been one of the biggest challenges hasn’t it...having to stay away from close family and friends. When things ease up and we can start meeting up again I will appreciate it like never before and I look forward to that day. I am glad that you liked my work. I really believe all those that love Tim and his range of products will love what you can do using a gel plate. You can use most of his stuff on it too although the most usual is acrylic paint. They are just so versatile and the results unique. I am excited for you that you have this experience awaiting you...it is addictive and there are lots of fabulous videos on KZitem on how to use them. Thank you for your feedback and stay safe xxx
