What bulb do you need to replace reverse light? Is it W5W ?
@prometery

No, the parking light was flickering and quit working. There were multiple bulbs and the whole tail light was sealed. We replaced the whole thing.

I love how the cameraman person told the guy pulling out the clip for the wire harness to stop doing so in Russian rather quietly. What a blessing and a curse to speak Russian at...most of the time. It really kills the suspense.

Really wish there would be a mention of the added steps when doing this for the passenger side of a 2010 Honda insight. I just did that tonight and there was a little more effort removing all of the plastic pieces on the passenger wall, but everything else in this video was spot on.

Just need screwdriver, take of the black plastic panel, undo the screws and take out the unit to replace the bulbs. The same with the passenger side rear too you don't need to do the plier step or the nut driver.

Thank you for this! I wasn't able to pull that black cap out like you did. I had to push it all the way through and then take it off on the outside of the car. Perhaps it's just as different model quirk. Either way, very helpful walkthrough! Thanks a bunch. 👍

It is not that easy those two bolts on the power steering bracket that holds the hoses to the body can not be taken out unless you take the tire off too drill out the rivets on the bumper and take it off on both sides then take the front chrome grill off then take the lights out and take the whole black front bracket off or OR be willing to pry the plastic without breaking it which is not possible all because one of the two bolts holding the bracket sets right underneath the black mounting grill i chose to break the plastic and you can guess which bolt is not going back in !!!

Thanks for the video. This was exactly what I needed to get this tough issue cracked. you are very right about the ratchet...15min with a standard box wrench for one bolt, and thirty second to get the other out with a ratchet (had to go buy one). One other thing to note, do not tighten down the bracket until you have both ends of the hoses in...makes it almost impossible to get the one under the reservoir on/in.

Hi, i have a jeep liberty KJ (named cherokee in europe) 2.8l crd limited with 163PS. Do you have an idea where i can get the appropriate power steering hose? Do you have a prefered jeep parts shop or something?
@prometery

emergencywoop I just purchased it in my local O'Reilly Auto Parts store (I may have checked at one store and they referred me to the other where they had only one hose available). Granted, I live in the US, and Jeeps here are pretty common. It may be different in Europe so you might have to find a local dealer or buy it on eBay.

How did you access the pressure hose connectors without removing the belt and/fan, etc.?
@prometery
8 жыл бұрын
We did remove the belt (though I don't remember if it was necessary). We were not removing the fan for sure. I think we had to buy a very short wrench that fit the connectors and it did the job (we spent about an hour trying to remove the hose using regular wrenches with no luck).

+scott ulrey Yes. Apparently I set it to generate for 3 days in a row, not every third day, and somehow the scheduling mechanism got confused. When a water softener specialist came and set it correctly (to regenerate once every 3 days), it stopped doing that.
