This is LUDICROUS! Setting people who are trying to lose weight up for failure!!! They’d be better off doing nothing at all and just putting burgers on a regular bun, and it would still be better for them than this “recipe”!

How are you getting these macros? I just put this into my fitness pal and it comes out to 737 calories per serving. Like genuinely, what's causing this? I noticed this on 90% of these types of videos. Where are y'all getting the macros from? Are y'all calculating in a different way somehow? Or are y'all tracking down very specific brands that have lower calories? Like I can see different boneless skinless at Walmart ranging from anywhere from 110 to 150 calories.

You had me at 500 calories, for those who dont know the average healthy physically fit male has a calorie intake of 17k a week, and for women its 15k a week, now if she is pregnant first trimester is 16k second is 18k and third is 21k
