That is what some tossers will never understand ! Empty trophy cabinet ? So what , we don’t really give a shit about that because as you know it is on its way ! What we are about is passion , working class humour and loyalty through adversity . This club gets into your bones and you can’t help it ! This song by Harvey Andrews ,(Good old Brummagem ) was on the other side to a song called Home and away . KRO

My Uncle used to deliver his papers when he played for Blues (and later Villa) when he lived on Aylesford Drive in the 60s/70s. He was always friendly and had time for people. RIP Trevor you left us far too soon.

Great video. My dad took me down in the sixties. Still follow them now. We had 60,000 plus fans at St Andrews for the fa Cup games against Chelsea and Arsenal. Good old days.

... HOCKEY HOCKEY HOCKEY - OI OI OI... Trevor was my first and only real footballer idol. i cycled with some mates to Blues training grounds (on Cherry lane?) when i was about 8 or 9 (late 1960's), and at the end of their session i brazenly asked "hey Trev, can i have your autograph please?", and he grabbed me, gave me a big hug & rubbed my cheeks saying, "that's our kiddee..." and duly signed my book. he made me feel on top of the world, and i'll never forget the closeness of being a true fan with one of my club's top players - i'm sure it still happens occasionally, but the gulf is so wide between players and supporters now...

I got told when I was little that I was related to him. Early 80s . I really don't know. I'm 43 now, the same age he died. If anyone has any info or even stories, I would like to hear them. By all I've read he was a good man.
