First thanks for the tutorial but i have some questions if you don't mind: is this IPsec protocol right? since IPsec protocol is blocked in my country is it possible to use other protocols like OpenVPN or wireguard or shadowsocks? what i understood from this video is : the general idea is use the Host Pc as server and everyone else connect to it including the host itself right? My question is does it matter what vpn software provider and protocol we use to make server and client configs or we can use anything like openvpn server and client app? or it have to be softether?

Quite easily actually. First of all, make sure to follow the mentioned steps in the video for setting up a server, and create user for the various computers or networks. Next, if you want to connect an entire remote network, like if you are a company with more than one location, you can either configure the local routers at the locations to connect to your VPN, or install a VPN server in bridge mode at those locations. If you only want to connect individual computers at remote locations, follow this tutorial at each of those computers. I would recommend having at least one user per location, regardless of if it is an entire network or only individual computers. Make sure that the firewall or router at your servers location will allow inbound traffic to the server, this could be done by opening the specific port (like 5555) for connections to the DMZ and have the server placed in the DMZ. Regarding multiple computers on multiple networks on on multiple locations, a part of the server is what is called a "hub" and serves as a central component, the same way as the individual locations are basically switches or hubs on several floors of a building or at various buildings on a campus; then the hub in the VPN will behave like the central switch or hub at that location (like say, the place your router or modem from your ISP is connected, and if you have one or more servers those are located). For more info, go to softether.org One thing in general regarding VPNs, both softEther as well as others, there is especially one limiting factor: Bandwidth. Most LANs these days are typically 100 megabits or 1 gigabits, but most internet connections are rarely more than 100 megabits, unless you are willing to pay a small fortune per month, and also quite often asymmetric in speed; at my house I have 50 megabits download, but only 10 megabits upload.
