So basically this is about making cops better at what they do, which is actually evil.

at 68, here's a perspective on all that, which, i've found to be very interesting, psychologically, sociologically, philosophically, linguistically: what do you think about a well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state? think: historically, globally, legally, logically, and, whenever, wherever implemented, is such real, is such important, is such good or bad? now: can you think about any of that? if not, why not? [hint: Catch22] major side note: since ww2 (actually pre ww2, Philippines), the US military has trained US units to specifically 'stand up' civilian/non-military units, which meet all the criteria of well regulated militia. but, none of the pers in these US units can conceive of 'standing up' militia units in the US. how could that possibly be? why?

it’s cool to see what you’ve been up to, Josh! While I haven’t been part of the integral scene for more than a couple of years, I agree that there seems to be a lot of differentiating energy, but not as much in the form of structural unity. I look forward to seeing what comes out of your Institute and supporting you.
