you really didn't show us anything about actually assembling it - just what it looked like after it was done. Unhelpful.

It’s been 3 years or so since you got your bbq. How is it holding up?? Recommend one? What’s the actual width of it? Could you leave one side off if need be? I think the specs say 155cm width and my arbour is 150cm at a push.

Nice video. How do you like the performance/food of the grill?
@albertosalama
4 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Performance is pretty good overall. The 4 burners gives me plenty of space to cook several cuts at once. I love the convenience of propane for when I'm in a hurry or just the ease of lighting up the charcoal. I also throw some wood chips or pellets eventually on the charcoal.

Sorry about that, but I didn't have anyone to film while I was assembling, neither I had a tripod to hold the phone/camera.

I was hoping to see you do everything after step 12, as i‘m super-overwhelmed with and scared of connecting the gas and checking it.

@@albertosalama I found at the bottom of one of the foam blocks a plastic brick. You screw that brick at the bottom for ballast.

@@albertosalama thanks.... hows the BBQ? heat temperature for coal does it last as long as a normal coal BBQ? just ordered mine this weekend
@albertosalama

@@MrA11med I've been using the natural wood charcoal, takes about 15 / 20 min to turn on. it's a thin layer of charcoal so if you plan to cook for over an hour you might have to help out with the propane to keep up the heat. I have the 4 burner and sometime after extended cooking times (hour and a half to 2 hours) I turn on all 4 at max heat then turn 2 off and lower the other 2 to keep desired temperature. I think once you get to know how to handle it it's pretty easy to control. Overall I'm satisfied. I use the charcoal mostly for flavor and the propane for temperature control. You can also add woodchips over the coal for extra flavor. (be sure to soak them first for 30 min at least).

Regular price is $449.99, I purchased it last month (December 2018) it had a $100 discount so it was $349.99 (Shipping included). I recommend to check out different stores to see who has the best price, discount or deal at the moment you are ready to buy.
