I was not familiar with this series until now. Very "Laurel and Hardy," very "Three Stooges."

On CoachBsWife2, please make Manhunt Season 1 Episodes 4, 5 & 6 "public" as they are currently set to "Private" and thus currently can't be viewed.

Fascinating b/w scenes of 1959 city life--Cardiff's cinematography is unmistakable (although he's the director). Thanks for the upload!

Terrific film. Jack Cardiff was a great director and, even in this low-budget B movie, his skill shows.

Thank You So much for putting this Marvellous show on here. What a fantastic cast. Loved them all. Peggy Mount was such a brilliant actress. Her and Pat Coombes were like a Female Laurel and Hardy. This show was from when watching Telly was a joy. Not like today's rubbish.

Good film, very good performances particularly that of Bernard Lee. It was directed by the great cinematographer Jack Cardiff, who for some reason doesn't even mention it in his autobiography Magic Hour.

Problem is, in the past there was no true suspense because, in Hollywood and especially with Van Johnson, you know there is gonna be a happy ending. 🙄😎
