Thanks for the video but your camera is pointing to the floor, not showing how you built it. Mine are technically two pieces and I cannot understand why they are not properly attaching to one another. Besides, mine did not come with the rubber part underneath.

The excess strap is mainteined and held by a pull tab, so it isn’t annoying like it is on the originial Radiant model. I’ll posted a couple of pics in the Community section of my channel.

Nice unboxing video! Would you say that the durability of the non-mega version is good for you so far? And how do you think the mega version will probably compare to the original for durability? Hoping this bag will last me for life like my Crumpler has.

I don’t think durability is an issue with either bag.

I very much doubt it. The company’s own specs says that it can accommodate only up to a 14” laptop. Give me the length and height and I can try to check it with a tape measure.

@@ryanwithcubing369 I made a 2D cardboard template to the width and height you advised. It probably won’t fit in the PC compartment, but it will fit in the middle section next to the PC compartment. Please note that this was a mostly flat non-rigid piece of cardboard. Height isn’t the main issue. Width is probably the main concern. The main opening of the bag is about 35.5 cm. If you want to be 100% sure, ask the manufacturer about it to be safe. Ask them if a 15” Air will fit.

It’s hard to know the problem with your machine unless I have more information. If the plate holding the balls doesn’t turn it could mean that there is a ball jam deep inside the machine.

For the ball to not get stuck I applied the "Professional-Grade Moldable Plastic Pellets by Polly Plastics" from amazon. I applied it on that panel in a slopy mold and glued it. To fix the issue of the ball not feeding I molded more of that noted mold and shaped the mold so that the crosswise shaft is further raised up a bit more than an inch and glued it on. On the dial section for adjusting the ball height from the luanch pad I appied a white "Fine Paint Marker for Rock Painting-Stone, Ceramic, Metal, Glass, Wood,Set of 6 Paint Pens High Volume Ink High Volume Ink for DIY Craft" from Amazon. I applied it on the black line marker for better visibility even from a distance. On the opening of the bag from the top entrance to place the racket I placed an elastic fiber string crosswise (made two a heated metal hole on both sides) and that is where I hang my towel. There's more but this is enough for now. Thanks for letting me share.

The marketing of Slingerbag is great. This product has nothing to do with a ballmachine. The concept is great but you buy a ball bag, ball pickup tool, phone charger and a ball machine with only 1 shooting wheel so it can only shoot low speed topspin balls. The people that bought a Slingerbag, have never seen a real ball machine. In this video you see also the problems or weaknesses of the Slingerbag. And really there are good ball machines for the price of a Slingerbag but these ball machines don't market their product as Dunlop does. And when you ever bought a Slingerbag, you won't tell others that it really is a poor kind of ballmachine. You only see the videos of "people that are so happy with it because they have never tried a real ball machine". As ball machine specialist, tennis trainer and engineer I can only say "yes, the price is good" and nothing more.

Please show us the ball machines that are at the same price as Slingerbag. We would like to see what you’re talking about. By the way, I got mine as a Kickstarter backer at a lower price with little to no marketing.

If the balls are old and don’t have much fibre left on them they would probably fall out. Are the balls new or old? You could try inserting felt stickers inside the tube. The felt stickers that are used under the feet of chairs to stop them from damaging the floor.

I have seen where about 10-12 balls remain in the hopper when it 'runs out of balls'. I think this is the greatest design oversight. I attached some stiff plastic grid material, cut to size, to the existing mesh liner. I used a craft supply: "Rug Hooking Mesh Canvas" availavbe for a few dollars at the local art/crafts supply store.
@Codesta

I think this is one of the major design flaws in the Slinger, but I would vote the charger as the biggest design mistake. People often think that their Slinger is fully charged when they see the green light when that isn’t always the case.
