You're not alone! I live in a three bedroom with wife and kids. There's five of us total in a very small house. Our 3d printer and filament is in the living room. Our kitchen table is literally consumed by a CNC router that I built. My office doubles as my oldest son's bedroom (I built a loft bed for him above the office desk). I built bunks for the younger ones. The only thing separating our room from the stairs and rest of the house is a curtain. We all share one bathroom. Oh and rent is still ludicrous.

I setup the lights and did the print time lapse. Then once it was finished I tried not to move anything, laid my black mousepad over the build plate of my printer and tried to put the empty drawer exactly where the part had just printed and filmed it for a minute. It didn't exactly go to plan by I kinda managed to make it work in the edit.

Very intresting video and when you said cool time-lapse, you meant it. I’m actually curious how did it for fun. Did you leave the print on the bed and place drawer around the print instead of the print inside of the drawer? I’m just trying to figure out how you got the whole print in drawer while it was “printing”. Very cool edit my man! Would love to hear how you did it if you have the chance 😊
