This bit from that episode was one of the funniest things I've ever seen on television.😅❤

This was such a great moment on that show! It felt like a big triumph, and it all happened by accident, and that accident became the focal point of his whole slot, and it was brilliant!

I know it was bittersweet to find out this was the last episode. But I feel it landed on a pretty great ending. It came all the way around from him bombing at the club in the first episode to finally getting passed. He wasn’t going to need to crash on any couches again.

0:22 On the Pete Holmes Show, Pete very accurately referenced himself looking like a golden retriever with his doofy smiley energy. That stuck with me. His face here looks like a sad and scared golden retriever.

Yall know that show on HBO Young Pope? (And the sequel series/season two New Pope?) This fuckin happens! There's a pope that says "Aight. We all live in poverty now to feed the poor and save refugees" And then he has a heart attack and falls down the stairs. It is played exclusively for drama

The audiences reaction to some of these stories just shows that Christians don't actually know how fucked up some of the stories are in the Bible. Especially the old testament

John Mulaney playing "John Mulaney" reminds me of how Neil Patrick Harris didn't want to be credited "as himself" in Harold and Kumar, he wanted to be credited "as Neil Patrick Harris." It's subtle, but I get it, and I love it. It's the closest one of those jokes that's funnier written than acted out is actually funny acted out, but only because of the subtext.
