Beautiful hole in the water. But the 2 in the back cockpit need to swap positions for ballast purposes.. I'd be a little nervous making hard turns to the port side like that. It looked like she was aching to do a liquid barrel roll .. But what a beautiful boat..

Glad Im not the only one. As captain I would have had those passengers shift to port immediately. I just cant stand a poorly trimmed boat, its a problem of mine...

Chet Langford have you looked at any of the glen l plans? I found their website and am building an outboard version... but they have 300 plus plans available to build these vintage style boats!

There are several places that offer building plans, and even a couple that offer classes you can take beforehand to really learn the special skills you will need for such a project... But as Robert Purdy said, Glen L is one of the best! And they have forums, and information about suppliers of the various products you will need...and even info on "Lofting" and configuration options, and even 'customizing' your boat ...

I agree... If I was going to post a video to "showcase" my nice boat, I would do some editing, and leave off 2 minutes of bundling the bow line and idling thru the dock area, and show the boat out on the lake RUNNING across the water, as it is intended for! And at least wear a colored Tank Top, rather than a "Wife-Beater"... (Smile)

Do you know you need 3/4 " square per h/p so it most probably needs that a engine needs air.

Ken West it would’ve had four vents from the factory two intake vents and two exit vents before that there were only two. The reason it went from two vents to four was coast guard regulation. So this boat should only have 4 which is more than plenty of air.
