I’m aware of their newer stuff but it’s nice YT suggested me some of their older stuff. Nice to discover the roots and earlier sounds of a band and see them progress to what they are today.

Fuck, so much energy... insane! Yannis, he sounds a touch like Robert Smith here. First time I've ever realized that. Such an amazing song to see live, especially nowadays.

Math rock is basically spontaneous drumming with the lead guitarist following the flow of the music on his own accord and the other components filling in the gaps. More like music vomit, but in a brilliant way.

I remember watching this when it was first broadcast in 2008. Man, I miss MTV2 so much. It played such great music, and Zane Lowe did his show on that sofa and interviewed bands. MTV Rocks is a pile'o'shite
