Acha do amunicji S§B, musiałem podnieść troszkę muszkę.

Gorgeous rifle, and I am glad you have an appropriate bayonet for it too! Love the excellent proofmarks on the stock! It appears to have a K98k bolt?

That's right, the Bolt is german. It is difficult to get an original Polish straight one in Europe. This is due to two things: the soldiers themselves threw away the bolts from their rifles before surrendering-I've heard this from Polish veterans of the September campaign. The second issue is that the bent handles on the rifles made them easier to carry, hence, for example, hunters exchanged Bolts for German ones after WWII. In such a condition, wz.29s flowed into Poland from Germany, there used as hunting weapons. Nevertheless, regarding this bolt, we are working with a gunsmith on a suitable piece ;-) BTW, your channel is a real treasure trove of knowledge about pre-war Polish weapons!

@@Doc_Mauser Thank you for the compliments! Ah, I didn’t know you were in Europe. I know Polish Mausers there tend to be even more expensive than they are here in the US (which is saying a lot!). Polish Mauser straight bolts are not commonly found and I’ve seen them sell for a large sum in online auctions (typically $350 minimum). Good luck with your project!

@@NaNa-rb7ou Here it was 1.0 MOA at 150m with regular PPU ammunition. My colleagues advised me to try Lapua. At 100m using 136gr Lapua Scenar-series of 5 shots-set in a circle of 1.8cm (0.62MOA), at 150m they fit in a circle of 2.4cm (0.55 MOA). The barrel in it is more than 60 years old, it has several thousand shots behind it, nevertheless it still performs remarkably well. It is a Danish Schultz&Larsen. I am a very big fan of Swedish mausers, they are phenomenal and I recommend them to everyone :) When I find more time, I will make a video of testing some ammunition on my CG

@@Doc_Mauserthank you for your response I have 2 Mauser 96 and 1 Husqvarna 96 cg63 rebuilt by Norma precision. Have not shot the cg63 but very excited. I heard all these good things about Sako. But the Swedish beat the finns to the precision game by 20 years

Pozdrawiam .
