Im still learning how to play, but every time i kill someone, they come back and target me until i leave. idk why, i dont say anything in public or rank, but im assuming its because i killed them. And I also see a lot of toxicity in the game as well. It's kinda sad cause jjs is supposed to be fun, and the mechanics are fun to play with. If you are that mad that someone is too good at the game, i think it's a skill issue, and really it shouldn't matter. Games are mainly to have fun in, not to rant about how someone is way better than u. Overall, i just want to have fun in jjs.

Ah yes, me using a situationally rewarding tech that adds 8% is gatekeeping by magically deleting the fun from a game, whereas receiving hate comments due to playing a certain non harmful way (being good isn't harmful 💀) isn't gatekeeping, it's actually DEFENDING the community! You are so ignorant it's crazy. I'm gatekeeping and not letting people have fun by optimizing combos, but you forcing people to play a certain way is somehow the inverse? Wake up.

Why can't people play the way they want? It's a fighting game for Christ's sake, 4 moves, passives, ultimate, it has the stuff that a typical battleground has, the game has duels, 2v2, binding vow mechanics etc. It can be both competitive and fun, it's like telling a person to stop playing a game because they're too good at it

My problem is that most of the tech ya'll use are glitches with move stacking, mouse and keyboard exclusive glitches and inescapable TOD combos. If there's a point where I'm unable to get better because of the platform I'm playing in, regardless of the reason, it's not fair anymore, especially when, at this point, everyone uses this tech that I *specifically* cannot use. This isn't even gatekeeping, nor is it hypocritical. It's a genuine concern about the way the game is and will be played from now on. But as you guys tend to do, ya'll will probably sugar coat your own asses to justify finding new high execution glitches because you are good at the game and don't need to face against a full lobby of sweats who won't even let you play the game.

@@kwingaming4944 That's not the point. If the game allows console play, then it agrees to create an experience that works both in console and PC play. So having exclusive pc tech on a game that can be played on consoles IS bullshit and, by that point, patching it out would be fixing a problem with accessibility rather than holding competitive play back. Plus, simply by looking at the mechanics that the game has, it's clear that full 70% combos aren't meant be done in this engine.
@kwingaming4944

@@ar7hur06 just because I can run street fighter 2 on my raspberry pi doesn't mean that the game is flawed for not being "accessible" for me, nor does it mean that other players are abusing bs by doing things that are incredibly difficult for me

@@ar7hur06 2 more things: did you know that the first combos in the first fighting games werent intended? They were bugs; exploits, to put it another way, utilizing the games code outside of its intended purpose. Now combos are a staple of fighting games. It is a similar situation with the sport of basketball; dribbling is actually a loophole in the game's rules. Now it'd be hard to imagine a game of basketball without dribbling. Why should these techs be any different? Players can play how they want; if that means innovating and finding loopholes, then so be it. The developer can just patch it out if they want. Also, all of the things you can do on PC are possible on console and mobile, just harder. It's not exclusive to PC, you just have a skill issue (or platform issue)
@kwingaming4944
2 ай бұрын
@@ar7hur06 the game doesn't agree to do anything by letting other platforms than PC play btw. Using a phone or controller over kbm will always be a limiting experience. That's not the fault of the game. It's not BS that the game has levels of complexity that are harder to reach on platforms that are limited by nature. That would be like me saying the highway is flawed because I'm riding a bicycle that can't reach the speed limit.

Learning is key. If a new player joins this game known for wacky stuff and silly takes on JJK abilities, characters, etc, just to get caught in constant back to back m1 chains like Gojo boxing up Miguel, it’ll get frustrating. But the big issue with guys like these is that they take to the internet to harass people who try and help others get better than to actually try and get better. Of course just telling someone to “get better” won’t change their negative views on those they claim are ‘swears’ as being toxic, but that’s genuinely what it is. If you have hundreds of kills or are just good at the game, you’ll use the abilities gifted to you. The people labeling others as sweats would do the same if they had the skill to because they are NOT spamming mouse 1 to slowly punch and tack at opponents HP. You fight, you die, you get better and better from experience. That’s how the game is. If people wanna have fun, do somethin a glorious king such as myself would do and just joke around and have fun with people. Never take things serious, never target or team on people unless they’re extremely toxic, aid people against unfair teamers or toxic players, etc. You’ll have so much fun with the community rather than bitching and moaning about “sweats.”
