When he said, " ... but some of us are pathetic." I lost it.🤣It's true. Wretched humans that we are and Jesus loves us so much. This Christian life is where is AT!

God began His restoration of Christ's body, the church, in 1517 with Martin Luther. Much was restored but a huge portion concerning God's specific divine order layout, the devil has been able to keep hidden or gotten people to hang on to human traditions built on hierarchies of pride and love of money. Much of Christ's and His Father's power has been locked out. See Rev. 3:20 Brother Nee had 6 or 7 books on the church that addresses the issues and built many churches in China before the marxists imprisoned him. Some say that some of the strongest Christian groups are in China today. Watchman's Timothy, Witness Lee, came to the USA in 1950 or so. However, It seems a lot went to his head. I visited one church he started and it was not of the spirit and teachings of brother Nee in my opinion. You can get most of Watchman's books on the church online still but not in many book stores. Most of the church leaders get nervous reading about the true New Testament layout. God bless our brother Watchman who gave it all for Christ's body, the church.

We’re to restrain from following a man, but be taught by men who are right minded. I’m new to Watchman Nee and I am enjoying the blunt spiritual teachings he wrote on. Bible is incredibly enjoyable to read while coming into a better understanding of spirit verses flesh. As much as I get out of Mr Nee, all the more I study and grow in what God wants us to grow into.

Christianity can seem a strange business, spiritual things often seem to be contradictory but they find their perfect harmony with practice, their ebb and flow will bring us to our desired haven like the tides.

Thank you for supplying this rare, yet, fully Biblical teaching to the listening and reading audiences of our Christian world. Faith indeed, comes by hearing the word of God. When a hungry boy, girl, woman or man is given a plate of good, healthy food and eats it, he/she knows in her/his heart that it is good, healthy food; and so he/she keeps right on eating. The same applies to these servings of spiritual food. Every misled and hungry Christian must indeed find the Ah ha moments of soul healing understanding in these beautiful and wonderful words of life, duty, and beauty. Thank you so very much.

I think back to being in my 20s and trying so hard to "do" for god. I still believed I was being led by him, but I couldnt shake the drive to do everything in my own strength. Although I didnt think i was at the time. It doesnt negate the things I trusted and believed for such as becoming a nurse, but I always hated the amount of time things took. It took working as a hospice nurse, in a very stressful position where I saw many people die and witnessed so much patient and family suffering that I gave up and became an atheist. It seemed like the only sane thing to do. People dont realize how much their appearance of " faithfullness" depends so much on what people will think. I was under so much pressure i ended up on lisinopril, metoprolol, and a diuretic. I also started taking antidepressants. Eventually lost 45lbs and off all meds. Worked covid ICU and continued working at the same ICU. I had alot of experiences as an atheist that convinced me that "god" knows about me still and hears me. I remember reading this book as a Christian and I hated the sit part. Now I love it lol. I know I cant do it.
