Continue to work for at least 24 hours.
Be careful as it will stick to it if you continue to boil it with a small amount of water.
After boiling for 24 hours, strain with a large colander.
The remaining pieces of meat can be reused for cooking. It was delicious when put in minced meat cutlet or croquette.
If you like the soup, season it with salt, soy sauce, etc. and you're done.
As an aside, when I lived in the city, I liked tonkotsu ramen, and I used to go to Hakata Tenjin, especially in Shinjuku 3-chome. One free replacement ball isn't it? The clerk was also full of energy and liked it.
