Recipe and ingredients:
00:00 Grind 1 cup of oatmeal.
00:10 Season with salt and dried garlic.
00:16 Add 2 eggs.
00:22 Olive oil 1 tbsp.
00:26 Kefir 90 ml/3 fl oz.
00:31 Stir and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
00:47 Spring onion.
01:11 Spinach 45g/1.5oz.
01:44 Add 45g/1.5oz grated mozzarella.
01:49 Add 1 egg.
01:55 Season with salt and stir.
02:12 Vegetable oil for frying.
02:22 Add half of the oat mixture.
02:38 Add filling to cake.
02:52 Add the second half of the oat mixture on top.
03:11 Sprinkle mozzarella on top.
03:18 Cover with a lid and fry over low heat for 5 minutes.
03:25 Turn over with a plate and fry for another 3-5 minutes.
03:43 Done!
