After warming up we get through 5 step combos in this workout. I tried to make it suitable for lots of levels because many of the more complex steps can be substituted with 2 basics. Listen for the other options that I give for people who don't like a lot of turning. Think positive thoughts, get moving, keep moving, and enjoy the music!
