I've been doing step workouts for years, but it's getting harder to do a full hour so this is nice to have to satisfy my step cravings. And, I have never understood why people don't stay for the cool down, it's like the dessert of the workout!!

You are the best!! I absolutely LOVED this workout!! The music, the choreography! I don't think I ever sweat this much & it felt great! I did another one of your intermediate workouts two days ago & it was so hard to follow that I was crying during the workout. I couldn't keep up & I was frustrated (even though I know you say, dont let it frustrate you, it did). Felt like I was wasting my time. This one here was easy to follow, yet it kicked my butt. I know my body is saying thank you!!

WOW! Thank you Chris! Easy but sweaty!!! My watch said 2.21 miles!!! It's those short legs of mine😅 I loved the music which made it easier to pony. I wish I still had my mini skirt and white go go boots!🤣

Thanks for a great workout! I am a sweaty mess! I usually try to stay away from the longer step workouts as its “rest day” with my weight training. I always have so much fun doing your step workouts, so I thought I would try a longer one again. Also thanks for no ad’s in the middle of your workouts. I refuse do a workout with an ad in the middle.

WOO Thanks Chelsea!! I wish I could control the ads, they are up to youtube honestly, so there may be some workouts with ads. Typically the creator does not put the ads in the videos, but if we use real music, the copyright owner can put as many ads in as they want. Also, when there is good music, the creator cannot make money on their videos..

Intermediate!! I love it, but I had a bit of trouble with the twist because my shoes catch on the rubber ridges of the step. Ideas? Just wiggle?

Thank you for another great class! It's funny how even nowadays women think they'll get big from weights..it's like literally impossible, even if I tried it's hard to gain big muscle cause we lack testosterone. I always get annoyed if I'm off the start of 32 count. Funny that people in class can't hear the difference most times. Every time I'd say, wait, we're off the 32 count they'll be like, what?😂 by the way, I called it "up and lunge" too. However we used to call the "step - tap" a "step touch" I believe you changed it because it makes more sense to say "tap". ❤

@@CDornerFitness lol, I'm the same. It irks me if I'm off 32. I understand your language perfectly. You're extremely easy to follow. If anyone ever complains tell them to go to your basic video. I've seen you say that and I understand the struggle, been there, done that. There's always someone who will not like something. 😘
