I simply loved how you didn’t just copy the inspiration pieces exactly but instead allowed yourself the freedom to tailor each one to both your taste/style and available resources. You really illustrated the fact that you are using the inspiration pieces to INSPIRE your own creativity rather than copying someone else’s while still creating something that could well have come from the same high end stores. ❤

Great ideas as always! Tip; if you want to make the wood ring chain, you can connect one sawed open ring between two still closed rings. This wat you only need to saw and glue half of the rings, saves time and glue!

I definitely liked the eucalyptus leaves left green Sherry. Much prettier than the item you were duping. And I thought the vase with the leaves glued on was fantastic! I thought you would use a clay mould to dupe this item, but this idea worked so well.

I have always wanted to live in a refurbished old house, I adore your white brick wall. Some of your projects would not fit in my home, but I love them all. All of these dupes were wonderful but my most usable takeaway is how you fearlessly translate retail productions into your own pieces of art. I believe that inspirations are all around us if we take the time to take notice. Each of your dupes are unique and I doubt we could copy them exactly but I would enjoy seeing pics of the unique projects that your followers create from your inspirations. Lots of faves in this vid but love being introduced to the transfer paper used on the strawberry picture!

I think that's why we see so many of those pieces in thrift stores and Goodwills. They can afford it. I say lucky us so we can buy it at a much lower price. Lol Love your projects! ❤️❤️❤️

The cement look vase with the plastic leaves was by far the most inspiring dupe. But the strawberry transfer print to the chippy red cabinet door was pretty amazing as well. You have the magic touch (and patience!) to make anything look tons better. Standing ovation from Iowa! 👏👏👏👏👏

The wall cubby was easy to make. You could even make it just using wood glue and no nails. You just have to find the DT trays!

How did I forget yesterday was "Sherry Day"?!! I was so busy I don't even look at YT. I don't have a favorite (I rarely do) as so many of your dupes are fantastic. I'm definitely going to make the wall cubbies and mushrooms and I'll probably do the door art. I like the candle holder, especially using the spools with thread still on them, and the eucalyptus wall plaque. Leave them green, painting them silver would be too modern in my opinion. I wish my brain worked like yours Sherry, but it doesn't so I'll have to keep watching your great ideas. 😊

Great video Sherry! Magnolia home is ridiculously priced so that Joanna and Chip can get richer. Sherry don't worry about them not waiting on you sweetheart, I didn't get anyone to wait on me at Mag Home in Waco either. I just can't believe anyone can afford Kirkland's, Mag Home or Pottery Barn these days anyway. And Anthropolgie store prices are beyond crazy!

I absolutely love the eucalyptus framed art and I would’ve left it green also, however the way the final picture looks I thought maybe you added lights. Everything was absolutely awesome. Love your dupes on expensive things. I thought your comment on the shell rope was hilarious. Sometimes, we question the price on things, but then afterwards, think Yup, it would have been worth that price. Lol If drilling shells in the future, I might suggest doing it underwater so the shell dust doesn't get inhaled in your lungs. Your take on the mushrooms was extremely creative! I also really like your use of coffee grounds in the pottery dupe. Great content! 👍

On the rafia chain. After cutting rings in half, you could wrap most of each half with rafia before gluing the halves back together. Finish the wrapping after all the links are whole again. It would require more cutting and gluing, but would make the wrapping process easier.

They were all very nice Sherry. I'd like the mushrooms and the textured vase best. It's amazing what you can do for just a few dollars and a little inspiration and their willingness to take a chance and make it yourself

I love the cabinet door. The candle holder was great also but the cabinet door wins in my opinion. I like the green eucalyptus best. Good stuff!

Sherri, it truly is hard to pick just one of your projects, lol I love that you left the eucalyptus green, I'm more into the natural beauty. Couldn't figure out your mistake on the candle sticks. Loved the little red chippy door. You are truly talented ❤

Let me first say that I couldn't do what you do in a million years. I don't have the vision, although I could try and copy - but more importantly, I don't have the patience! My favorite was the little drawer piece you put together with the Dollar Tree drawers - they would be so handy to go just about anywhere to hold various things, on a wall in a bathroom, in a closet, on a kitchen countertop, to show up special pieces on a wall, etc.

Gosh, I really liked everything you made, so it is difficult to pick out a favorite. I see myself making the vase with leaves, so I believe it is my favorite. Thank you for the tutorials!

As a mini lover, I liked the little shelf unit made of the Dollar Tree boxes. I think it was ingenious. I loved how you copied expensive items so cheaply!
