Hoping to be consistent everyday, Will share my thoughts everyday for 10 days. Day 1: ✅ - Nice ease in, some exercises were difficult but we got through Day 2: ✅ - I didn't do the exercises the very next day, i did them the day after, So a day gap in between, that's okay. I reckon, the most important thing is to keep going, i may miss a day but never two days in a row, and on days i miss, i run. About the exercises, they felt easier for sure on the second day, Although my thighs burn, I love the feeling. Infact, I relish it!

At first i thought i cannot reduce but i did it for a week and noticed the changes i was surprised and happy and continued to do. Now i feel more comfortable while walking and standing thank you so much❤❤

Day 1 - I was exhausted at the end but I know it will be worth it ✅ Day 2 - Less exhausted but feeling a little better now ✅ Day 3 - Way more sweaty because I’m really dedicated and can already see small changes ✅ Day 4 - Really sweaty right now and I can see some changes I’ll continue till 1 September. ✅ Day 5 - Burning super much and a lot of sweat good exercise also seeing a bit of sixpack ✅ Day 6 - Skipped some exercises bc I was on vacation then but still sweating a lot ✅ Day 7 - My butt got smaller I see changes ✅ Day 8 - ✅ Day 9 - I’m sweating a lot but was able to complete this ✅ Day 10 - I see some small differences ✅ Day 11 - ✅ Day 12 - I am feeling less uncomfortable now ✅ Day 13 - ✅ Day 14 - ✅ Day 15 - ✅ Day 16 - ✅ Day 17 - ✅ Day 18 - Seeing some nice results ✅ Day 19 - Sweatiest day of all days I’ve worked out✅ Day 20 - ✅ Day 21 - I’m already happy with the transformation, but I want to continue ✅ Day 22 - I feel very good ✅ Day 23 - I am now already in shape but I’ll continue ✅

Most of the people saying they see difference on the first day: Guys when you are new to exercise it's your hindsight bias making you think there is a difference trust me been there done that

I will updating u every day ✅ Day 1 :- Evening time ✅ Exercise is very gud ... As i can feel that there is a pressure on my butt and legs ... I was doing exercise after many days, so I felt a little tired. Day 2 :- Morning time ✅ when i wake up in the morning a little pain in the stomach ... As i think this is bcz i do exercise after a long time Day : 3 evening Time ✅ I did the exercise and not it's easy to do as compare to previous days Day 4 :- workout Done ✅ Day 5 :- Loading 🔥

Start: August 15 End: August 25 Day 1: It was hard and I felt how hard it was Day 2 n 3: I didnt do it but I felt a change Day 4: It was also hard but it felt a little bit less intense

I'm starting from today please remind me every day. Starting weight 80 after done exercise I'll update Day1: just completed fully sweaty and my legs a bit shaky but still have energy to do some more exercise and I'm doing until tomorrow bye. Day2: completed not as sweaty as yesterday but my every joint is aching but still have some energy left. See ya until tomorrow. Day3: completed my joints are aching still so much sweaty but the thing is start feeling bored let see how long i can continue until see ya. Day4: completed today i am so tired maybe because i did constantly so much exercise with out any rest. But yeah i am fine see ya until tomorrow. Day5: completed today while doing exercise i feel little pain but not longer i finished it. And didn't sweat as much as previous days. Abut weightloss I'll update on 7th day. Until see you tomorrow. Day6: completed yeah like other days i sweat but today i didn't feel any pain and didn't get much tired feels like my body adopting it. That's for today see you tomorrow. Day7: completed. Just went like other days. Day8: done Actually i am sick so I can't update for somedays
