This is really unclear. Are you saying wear less supportive shoes or don't wear less supportive shoes? Tip #1 wear less supportive shoes. Why wear less supportive shoes???????

Sorry for any confusion. Wear less supportive shoes with the intention of allowing your deep foot muscles to get stronger and take load off the fascia BUT you need to do this gradually over time and not go from wearing a custom foot orthotic and highly supportive shoes to wearing flip flops for 8 hours a day. Not sure if you watched the whole video but I think I clarified this in later sections as well. Thanks for watching and I hope you learned something!
