I love to integrate spiral movements into my yoga practice to stimulate the lymphatic system and support my immune system. Spinal twists and spiral movements also just stretch all of those hard-to-reach spots that a more traditional vinyasa flow might not get to. This yoga routine is great for everyone, but especially for those who are stiff and achy from sitting at a desk too much or pushing themselves too hard in their day-to-day tasks (um, HELLO 🙋🏼♀️). I love this flow because it can be done in just ten minutes, either first thing in the morning, just before bed, or even in the middle of the day when you need a good stretch.
