Made me sweat. I'm doing the beginner workout. This was harder than that. But I liked it. But you have to get used to it, because you have to do the exercises differently.

This are not much for abs, except for about 2 workout it looks like. Looking more you are working out more of your legs, butt and others. That's why someone is saying is more underrated - plus moving too fast for the feeling -
